Job summary

Shopee is seeking a senior Operations Leader to drive end-to-end sorting operations across key regional hubs in the Philippines. You will oversee high-volume, semi-automated environments, ensuring 100% throughput and coordinating with First/Last Mile, Linehaul, and HSE teams for safe, efficient logistics.

Ideal candidates will bring 8–10 years in logistics with 5 years in leadership within sorting centers or large distribution hubs, plus strong data analysis and SOP modernization experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 8-10 years in logistics/warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a Sorting Center or high-volume hub.
• Experience with semi-automated sorting systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheet.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and labor regulations.
• Flexibility: ability to work night shifts and weekends to support 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end sorting operations across multiple hubs or locations.
• Overhaul daily sorting flows and ensure throughput KPIs.
• Modernize SOPs and resolve bottlenecks in semi-automated systems.
• Lead labor planning for Area Managers and large frontline teams.
• Collaborate with First/Last Mile, Linehaul, and HSE for smooth transitions and safe workplaces.
