Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to oversee hub operations in Manila, driving efficiency across first and last mile activities. You will monitor KPI performance, create actionable hub reports, and support escalations with the customer support team.

The role requires leadership in a warehouse/hub setting, experience in logistics and payments processes, and flexibility to rotate shifts and assignments across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years in logistics, warehouse and distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is advantageous.
• Leadership role preferred in warehouse or hub settings.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the cluster and work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (first and last mile).
• Support monitoring of hub performance and KPIs.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
