Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years in management consulting; tech company a plus.
• Strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management; able to engage with diverse markets.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with large data sets and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Seller Ops Strategy by monitoring performance metrics and improving platform policies.
• Own and resolve complex seller-related issues with cross-functional teams.
• Lead Ops excellence through automation and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, engineers and local markets to deliver seller-centric solutions.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights for operations.
