Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our team in the Philippines. The role involves supporting the sales team and customers across pre-sales inquiries, order processing, and post-sales service, with a focus on delivering exceptional support to international clients.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in sales, customer service, or account management, and familiarity with consumer goods, logistics, and CRM/ERP systems. BPO night-shift experience is a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• 4 years industry experience in similar role.
• 4-year college degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage full order lifecycle from receipt to delivery.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts in relevant systems.
• Act as SME on products, onboarding, and accounts.
• Communicate pricing, payment terms, and vendor guidelines.
• Maintain customer data including price lists and quotes.
• Validate and process purchase orders; coordinate with planning, logistics, and IT.
• Collaborate with customers, distributors, and sales reps to resolve issues.
• Provide documentation and update order status.
• Escalate deviations and drive backlog reviews.
• Resolve complaints to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
