Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Taguig City, Philippines, invites a Leader, Sales Operations and Inventory Planning (SOIP) to drive demand and inventory planning, coordinate with regional teams, and ensure timely fulfillment of purchase orders.

You will oversee supply chain activities, monitor forecast accuracy, manage orders and aging, and lead the SOIP team to deliver cost savings and reliable product availability for customers.

Responsibilities

• Product performance review
• Ensure sales forecasts are validated and aligned with marketing initiatives and financial forecasts
• Lead Executive SOIP meeting with Leadership Team
• Collaborate with the regional SOIP and supply teams to secure supply, with a focus on meeting urgent requirements.
• Material requirements review to ensure we are buying the correct SKU quantity at the right time.
• Regular review of plant fulfillment performance
• Monitor status of pending plant PO and ensure that delivery schedules are followed.
• Validate Purchase Requisitions and POs
• Track forecast accuracy and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to implement programs that reduce excess or slow-moving inventory.
• Analyze supply and demand to determine necessary adjustments to purchase orders, including potential push or pull.
• Ensure that POs are processed timely and accurately.
• Manage SO and DO aging
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in support of business objectives and team operations
• Guarantees that demand/s will be fulfilled at the right time, with the right SKUs, quantity, and at minimum cost.
• Responsible for maintaining the backlog and ensuring delivery orders are fulfilled with inventory level at a minimum.
• Ensure that inventory levels remain within the DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding) target and that unhealthy inventories are kept at minimum.
• Deliver cost savings initiatives.
• Manage and develop team members
