Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales Account Manager in the Philippines to build and maintain relationships with senior decision makers and influencers across assigned accounts. You will identify and develop new opportunities, drive upsell, and achieve revenue targets through value-led proposals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, renew existing contracts, and ensure high customer satisfaction while leveraging CRM tools and MS Office to manage accounts and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of college completion.
• At least 2 years of Inside Sales/Account Management experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a corporate/B2B sales environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate across global locations and teams.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow defined processes.
• Strong time management skills.
• Energetic, proactive and customer-focused.
• English fluency; additional languages preferred.
• Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing book of business including renewing contracts.
• Meet sales objectives: retention, upsell, and converting forecasted pipeline to sales.
• Engage with customers to verify user experience and identify pain points.
• Drive value-led proposals based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to extend the customer experience.
• Other duties may be assigned.
