Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or related field.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, and operational documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Document and analyze current processes through stakeholder discussions.
• Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, work instructions, and playbooks.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardization and improvement.
• Support initiatives that enhance quality, compliance, and customer experience.
• Develop operational dashboards and performance reports.
• Analyze data and provide insights for process improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
