BEVI Beauty Elements Ventures Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team across the Philippines. You will develop and implement regional sales strategies, manage distributors and key accounts, and align activities with growth goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 7-10 years of Sales Management experience, preferably in FMCG or similar industries.
• Strong background in distributor management and key account handling.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to inspire teams, deliver results, and expand market presence.
