Job summary

Neltex Development Co. Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales team across the Cebu and Iloilo regions. The role focuses on driving revenue, implementing regional strategies, and expanding distribution.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of managerial experience in sales or related functions, a proven track record in regional accounts, and strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of managerial experience in sales, marketing, brand management, or related commercial function.
Proven sales track record with district/region or multiple territories.
Strong sales leadership, territory management, account development, and achievement of sales targets.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Must be based in Cebu or Iloilo.
Willing to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

Lead the sales team and drive revenue growth in the assigned region.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies, trade sales programs, and promotional initiatives.
Monitor sales activities, call frequency, territory coverage, and account productivity.
Identify opportunities to increase active, buying, and productive accounts.
Develop new markets, expand distribution, and strengthen relationships with trade partners and key customers.
