Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• 10+ years industry experience in Sales, Agency Development.
• At least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Ability to motivate and lead sales targets to KPIs.
• Experience with performance management standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and strong people skills.
• Sales and negotiation skills, plus presentation ability.
• Leadership experience in driving teams toward targets.

Responsibilities

• Manages sales force under the assigned zone to meet targets per standards and agency strategies.
• Manages relationships with distributors and ensures support to achieve targets in Visayas.
