Job summary

TeamRidemax Philippines seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and manage key accounts across Visayas and Mindanao. The role is based in Bohol or Cebu City and requires executing regional sales plans, expanding strategic accounts, and meeting targets.

You will lead account management, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience at scale across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales or area sales management.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong background in account management and business development.
• In-depth understanding of Visayas and Mindanao markets, channels, and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills with sales forecasting and data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Manage, grow, and retain key customer accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and high client satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, prospecting, and relationship development.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to refine and optimize sales strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and an excellent customer experience.
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and partner engagements across the region.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management.
