Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead the sales force within the Visayas zone, delivering targets aligned with agency strategies and performance standards.

You will nurture distributor relationships and ensure the necessary support to achieve targets across Visayas, requiring a 5+ year managerial track in sales and strong leadership, communication, and people skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• 10+ years industry experience in Sales, Agency Development.
• At least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Ability to motivate and lead sales targets to KPIs.
• Experience with performance management standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and strong people skills.
• Sales and negotiation skills, plus presentation ability.
• Leadership experience in driving teams toward targets.
