Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. through BDO Network Bank seeks an Account Officer for Salary Loans to grow Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and drive sales in the Ilagan Isabela area. The role focuses on acquiring new institutions, maintaining strong relationships with client contacts, and delivering service excellence across units.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in sales/marketing, and proven knowledge of Salary Loan products. Willingness to be assigned to Ilagan Isabela is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a 4- or 5-year program.
• Direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills).
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
• Familiar with Salary Loan Products.
• Willing to be assigned in Ilagan Isabela.

Responsibilities

• Identify and accredit potential Non-DepEd institutions for Salary Loan products.
• Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and meet sales quotas.
• Build and maintain relations with Heads of institutions and HR payroll personnel.
• Handle inquiries and coordinate with other units to resolve issues.
