Job summary

Giift Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Manager to drive revenue growth in the Philippines. This role requires a seasoned professional who can establish an effective sales strategy and manage direct and indirect sales channels, ensuring collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

The candidate should possess 6–8 years of experience in a SaaS environment, with strong negotiation and presentation skills. You will have significant autonomy and contribute to the firm’s growing presence in the region.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets across complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the region.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles for direct accounts, from prospecting through close.
• Build and manage the partner sales channel to create a scalable indirect revenue stream.
