GTS Consulting is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our enterprise SAAS HR solutions sales team in the Philippines. You will develop and execute strategic plans to grow the customer base, manage key accounts, and close high-value deals.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, frequent travel to meet clients, proficiency with CRM software, and a track record of achieving sales targets. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in enterprise SAAS, preferably HR tech.
• Strong sales process knowledge and track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships and travel as needed.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to hit/exceed targets for enterprise SAAS HR solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and product demonstrations.
• Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Mentor and train team members to improve performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
