Job summary

Join ZALORA Group as Regional HRIS Manager to lead the Oracle HCM landscape across Southeast Asia and beyond. You will ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and actionable HR insights while driving digital transformation for enhanced employee experience.

You will bridge HR, IT, and business stakeholders, manages multi-country HRIS operations, and contribute to the efficiency and scalability of HR processes through automation and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/HR or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of HRIS experience with at least 3 years hands-on Oracle HRIS (Fusion HCM or similar).
• Strong expertise in HR data management, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience in HRIS implementation, system upgrades, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing multi-country HRIS operations, preferably in SEA.
• Understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Exposure to automation tools (RPA, Power Automate) and AI is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the regional owner of Oracle HRIS across SEA markets.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and governance of HR records and systems.
• Configure workflows and approval hierarchies per regional policies.
• Conduct regular data audits and resolve discrepancies with local HR teams.
• Serve as main HRIS contact, coordinating with IT and vendors.
• Ensure integration between HRIS and payroll, timekeeping and performance systems.
• Develop automated HR reports and provide data-driven insights.
• Lead HRIS projects from requirements through deployment and support.
• Drive HR technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
