Job summary

ZALORA Group is seeking a Senior Non-Trade Procurement leader to design and execute procurement strategies for IT, marketing, facilities, HR, and professional services. You will manage supplier relations, negotiate contracts, and drive cost optimization across Malaysia, the Philippines, and broader Asia markets.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, and business units to ensure compliant, value-driven procurement. Travel and regional collaboration are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor/supply chain management, ideally including non-trade categories.
• Track record managing complex sourcing projects, high-value contracts, and supplier negotiations with measurable cost savings.
• People-management experience, with a history of engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a regional/multinational e-commerce, retail, or tech environment, and managing procurement across multiple countries or business units, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the non-trade procurement strategy.
• Create annual procurement plans based on business priorities, budgets and forecasted requirements.
• Establish category strategies for IT, Marketing, Facilities, HR, Travel, Professional Services, and Logistics.
• Develop procurement policies, procedures, approval processes, and purchasing guidelines.
• Embed sustainability and supplier diversity criteria into category strategies.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on total cost of ownership and risk.
• Perform supplier due diligence and ensure transparent selection.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract clauses.
• Prepare cost comparisons and total cost of ownership analyses.
• Drive value, standardization, and consumption efficiency.
• Manage supplier performance and contract lifecycle.
• Govern the purchase-to-pay process and reduce maverick spend.
• Lead and develop the procurement team and promote cross-country collaboration.
