Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Regional HR Operations Assistant to support regional HR initiatives across ASEAN and SAO regions. You will coordinate programmes, manage logistics, and assist expatriate administration.

You will consolidate personnel data for monthly reporting, support audits, monitor employment laws, and partner with the HR Manager and Regional HRBP on ad hoc projects.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR operations or related experience.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience facilitating group meetings and coordinating stakeholders.
• Knowledge of employment laws in Singapore and the ASAO region is a plus.
• Experience supporting expatriate administration or regional HR operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and organise regional HR initiatives and meetings.
• Prepare and manage programme logistics, accommodation, schedules, and content.
• Consolidate personnel statistics from HR and finance for monthly reporting.
• Support compliance audits, review findings, and recommend actions.
• Analyse HR data and trends to identify process improvements.
• Support expatriate administration and regional mobility processes.
• Monitor employment legislation and workplace regulations across the region.
• Provide administrative and operational support to General Affairs as needed.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives for the HR Manager and Regional HRBP.
