ZALORA Group in the Philippines seeks a Marketing Executive to streamline regional marketing operations across Southeast Asia. You will manage end-to-end marketing administration, budgets, contracts, and vendor payments, ensuring timely, accurate processing and full documentation.

You will also provide operational support for campaigns, events, brand activations and product seeding, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to keep deliverables on track and inventory in check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in marketing coordination, administration, vendor management, payments, or a related role.
• Experience managing multiple projects or tasks at the same time.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and with different teams.
• Proactive, dependable, and willing to support a variety of marketing activities.
• Experience in events, brand activations, influencer marketing, or supplier coordination is an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to work across regional markets, including Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and the Philippines, as applicable to the role scope.

Responsabilités

• Marketing Payments and Administration: Manage purchase orders, invoices, bills and vendor payments across all marketing teams and pillars.
• Maintain accurate payment, budget and contract trackers.
• Ensure invoices and supporting documents are submitted correctly and vendors are paid on time.
• Prepare and maintain vendor contracts and other required documentation.
• Coordinate closely with Finance, Procurement and Legal to resolve payment, contract or documentation issues.
• Regularly follow up on outstanding invoices, approvals and payments until closure.
