The Marketing Executive supports regional marketing activities across Southeast Asia and handles end-to-end admin and financial processes for all marketing pillars, including purchase orders, invoices, contracts and vendor payments.

You will also provide operational support for campaigns, events, brand activations and product seeding, including inventory control, pull-outs and returns,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Commercial Management, or related field.
• Experience in marketing coordination, administration, vendor management, payments, or related roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Manage purchase orders, invoices, bills and vendor payments across marketing teams and pillars.
• Maintain payment, budget and contract trackers; ensure invoices are supported and paid on time.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement and Legal to resolve payment or documentation issues.
• Support execution of marketing campaigns, events, brand activations, product seeding and photo shoots.
• Track inventory, pulls/returns, and coordinate deliverables with internal and external partners.
