Job summary

Deutsche Post in the Philippines seeks a Marketing & Communications specialist to translate global priorities into locally relevant campaigns and tools. You will support growth, customer engagement and sales enablement while coordinating across multiple projects and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include acting as the country interface for marketing and communications, and delivering brand-compliant plans, events, and digital platform initiatives to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics (Air/Ocean) and supply chain solutions.
• Experience in marketing campaigns, events, customer engagement programs, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital customer platforms; ability to derive insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the country-level interface between global/regional marketing and DGF PH activities.
• Translate global priorities into locally relevant, brand-compliant plans and campaigns.
• Support senior leaders in driving growth, customer engagement and sales enablement.
• Coordinate and provide after-sales support for customer requirements and digital tools.
• Manage multiple deliverables with competing priorities, governance, and budget considerations.
