Job summary

JustMarkets is seeking a dynamic Regional Marketing Leader for the Philippines to drive market growth by adapting the global strategy to local trends. You will lead a local team across KOL, SMM/Community, PR/Events, and Content, setting direction and removing blockers to enable efficient campaigns.

The role requires extensive 360 marketing expertise, strong budget management, and hands-on analytics to optimize ROI.

Qualifications

4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing a team of 3+ specialists
Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in Philippines
Strong understanding of 360 marketing, brand building, PR, community growth, performance marketing, and SMM
Proven experience allocating and optimizing monthly regional marketing budgets (from $50,000)

Responsibilities

Lead regional market growth by adapting global strategy to local market specifics
Directly manage and mentor a local team (KOL, SMM/Community, PR/Events, Content)
Develop quarterly marketing plans for Philippines and client community
Manage regional marketing budget and optimize spend across channels
Use analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance and guide priorities
Serve as the connection point between local team and Global HQ and coordinate on campaigns
