Job summary

Just Global Markets Ltd. seeks a regional marketing lead to adapt global strategies for the Philippines and its client community. You will mentor KOLs, SMM/Community, PR/Events, and Content specialists, ensuring alignment with quarterly plans and budget targets.

You will monitor campaigns with GA4, Tableau or PowerBI, drive efficient spend, and report market insights to Global HQ to shape global campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in leadership overseeing a team of 3+ specialists.
• Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in Philippines.
• Strong 360 marketing knowledge: brand building, PR, community growth, performance marketing.
• Proven ability to allocate and optimize monthly regional marketing budgets around $50,000.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools: GA4, Tableau, PowerBI; interpreting cohort data and LTV trends.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, or Confluence to keep campaigns aligned.
• Native Tagalog and fluent in business English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional market growth by adapting global strategy to local market specifics and trends.
• Directly manage, mentor, and synchronize a local team including KOL, SMM/Community, PR/Events, and Content specialists.
• Develop quarterly marketing plans for Philippines and its client community.
• Manage the regional marketing budget across channels based on performance data.
• Use analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance and guide priorities.
• Serve as the connection point between local team and Global HQ, sharing insights.
