Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing/Communications professional to act as the country-level interface between global/regional activities and local execution.

The role translates priorities into locally relevant, brand-compliant plans, campaigns, and customer communications, supporting growth, engagement, and transformation through disciplined execution and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Experience in marketing campaigns, customer events, and cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital customer platforms, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of DHL Global Forwarding products and digital platforms like myDHLi is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the country-level interface between global and regional marketing and DGF PH activities.
• Translate global and regional priorities into locally relevant, brand-compliant plans, campaigns, and customer communications.
• Support senior marketing and sales leaders in driving growth, engagement, and transformation through disciplined execution and operational excellence.
• Coordinate after-sales support for customer requirements, digital sales tools and customer feedback programs.
• Manage multiple recurring and project-based deliverables with competing priorities and fixed dates.
