Job summary

Deutsche Post in Metro Manila is seeking an HR professional to oversee daily HR operations spanning Recruitment, Employee Services, and engagement programs, ensuring compliant and efficient processes.

You will guide managers and staff on HR policies, manage end-to-end HR activities, and support documentation and data analysis to improve workforce effectiveness in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• At least 5 years’ related experience.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• With background in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Business Managers and employees for implementation of HR policies and activities.
• Undertake a broad range of HR work spanning across employee lifecycle including legal advice, data analysis.
• Coordinate and administer HR processes and policies such as Talent Management, L&D, and Performance Management.
• Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the company in career and job fairs to promote DHL and update applicant databank.
• Maintain and administer employment records and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and administer employment contracts.
• Coordinate and monitor compliance of accredited manpower agencies to requirements.
• Manage induction programs to onboard new employees and align with culture.
• Process completion of pre-employment requirements of new hires.
• Support in HR communications and regional/local/quality reports.
• Assist HR Manager in reviewing and implementing company policies and employee surveys.
