Job summary

Aon Asia Regional Legal team in the Philippines coordinates standard agreement templates and templates databases while supporting drafting, review and finalization of contracts with clients, vendors and insurers. You will work with Counsels across Asia to implement digitisation and improve contracting practices.

You will assist in trainings, updates on key legal topics, and maintain the Legal Department’s template repository, ensuring efficiency and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Preferably a Law degree or equivalent with law subjects or a law diploma or Paralegal Studies Certificate.
• Excellent administrative and paralegal experience.
• Strong communication and transactional support skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts using Aon standard templates.
• Provide first review of third‑party changes proposed to templates.
• Support contract negotiations with clients, vendors, insurers and other third parties.
• Coordinate between business stakeholders and Counsels during contract reviews.
• Support project management of corporate transactions across jurisdictions.
