Copeland Philippines, Inc. invites an experienced in-house counsel to join our regional legal team.

The role focuses on general legal and compliance support across RoA jurisdictions, with emphasis on contracts, data privacy, and regulatory advisory to business units. You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, support potential M&A activities, provide trainings, and collaborate with HR, Finance and operations to protect the company's interests while enabling sustainable growth in Asia

Qualifications

• LL.B. or J.D. degree required. Must be licensed attorney.
• 5+ years of experience providing general legal support to businesses (external or in-house).
• Experience in contract review, regulatory compliance, and advisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Be a key advisor to business leaders on general legal concerns.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts including procurement, sales, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Develop and implement data privacy policies for RoA jurisdictions.
• Provide legal trainings and supervise external counsel on disputes.
