Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a senior regional L&D lead to implement and govern learning strategies across multiple countries. You will design upskilling programs, manage the learning curriculum, and drive digital learning initiatives to support transformation and talent development.

You will collaborate with HR partners and country teams, optimize the regional learning calendar, and oversee budget, vendor management, and governance to enhance employee capability and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8–12 years progressive HR experience with 4–5 years in talent management or L&D.
• Experience in Shared Services/GBS or multi-country regional HR environment preferred.
• Proficiency with HR technology platforms (e.g., Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Implement and govern regional L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design and deploy upskilling and reskilling programs across countries.
• Own regional learning curriculum, onboarding, and leadership pathways.
• Drive digital learning adoption and LMS management.
• Manage vendor relations and learning budget across the region.
• Support performance management and succession planning initiatives.
