Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to design, coordinate, and execute learning, leadership development, and talent capability-building programs across a global organization.

You will partner with business leaders, HR teams, and external partners to deliver structured development programs that raise employee capability, engagement, and performance.

The role involves governance, budget awareness, and data-driven evaluation to continuously improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development or talent management within a corporate/global setting.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and learning delivery.
• Experience with external vendors and multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and delivery of learning initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop structured learning solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and development programs as needed.
• Track engagement and progress, ensure post-program follow-up and governance.
• Prepare updates and reports for senior stakeholders.
