Job summary

Beyond is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that support our people and the wider business. You will create engaging sessions across soft skills, leadership, and key systems, acting as a trusted advisor and coach while using data to measure impact and shape our learning strategy.

You will work in a hybrid model, partnering with regional stakeholders, including the Head of People Ops, to drive development

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, facilitating, and developing training programmes across in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats.
• Natural coach and mentor focused on employee growth and career development.
• Strong communicator with a commercial mindset and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Skilled in strategic planning to align learning initiatives with company goals.
• Experience applying gamification to boost engagement and retention.
• Proficient with learning technology including LMS, e-learning tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Able to work autonomously with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dynamic training workshops, virtual and in-person, covering soft skills and systems.
• Create long-term development strategies aligned with business growth goals.
• Perform training needs analyses with Regional Business Partners to close gaps.
• Collaborate with Head of People Ops to coach senior leaders and drive change.
• Keep content current with the latest training trends and methods.
• Ensure consistent training approaches across the organisation with stakeholder collaboration.
• Maintain relationships with Google for partner requirements and certifications.
• Develop data-driven reports to communicate progress and guide decisions.
• Champion clear communication and a user-friendly learning experience.
• Own LMS content and ensure compliance courses stay current across regions.
• Manage the Learning and Development budget and allocate resources.
