Job summary

Innergy Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Regional L&D Manager to lead learning and development initiatives across the organisation. You will align L&D strategy with business needs, oversee governance, and guide HR Business Partners on capability development and training needs analysis.

The role requires 8–10 years of L&D experience, strong programme design and adult learning principles, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team while driving learning metrics and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with L&D focus.
• Experience establishing or managing L&D policies, processes, frameworks and governance practices.
• Experience developing and implementing learning programmes and competency development initiatives.
• Experience coaching or supervising junior team members.
• Experience with a multicultural workforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the organisation's Learning & Development strategy and governance standards across the organisation.
• Lead development and enhancement of competency frameworks and career development pathways.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to identify capability gaps and lead TNA and annual learning plans.
• Oversee LMS administration, training records, and compliance with audit requirements.
• Manage Learning & Development budgets and vendor relationships.
