Job summary

SPX Express in the Philippines seeks an experienced Logistics Leader to manage hub and area fleet leads, ensuring operations align with established standards and procedures. The role demands strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and hands-on capacity planning.

The successful candidate will drive KPI improvements across productivity, quality and service levels, while coordinating cross-functionally and managing remote teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 5 years of logistics experience; FMCG/3PL experience is a plus.
• Has held a leadership role in a division or team.
• Process-driven person with data analysis experience.
• Engineering background in Industrial/Process Engineering is advantageous.
• Six Sigma, Kaizen and other quality principles are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills including listening and escalation.
• Able to manage teams remotely.
• Multi-tasking, organized and innovative.
• High integrity; track record of meeting targets and improving organizations.
• Change management skills; owns a vehicle to move around hubs.
• High energy; problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of hub leads and area fleet leads under the region to ensure hubs meet standards.
• Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced across assigned hubs.
• Dispute resolution within and outside the team; lead team briefings and weekly meetings.
• Continuously improve KPIs of staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Improve internal processes between hubs and Operations to enhance SLA.
• Implement new processes across the hubs.
• Lead a team capable of effective growth and cross-functional work.
• Conduct capacity planning across hubs.
