SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking an operations leader to oversee hub and area fleet leads across the assigned region. You will drive performance against standards, enforce procedures, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve service levels and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role emphasizes team leadership, capacity planning, and process optimization to ensure hubs align with organizational goals and SLA commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of hub leads and area fleet leads under the assigned region, ensuring each hub is on track with agreed standards
• Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced across assigned hubs
• Dispute resolution within and outside the team Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance
• Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Improve internal process between the hub and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve SLA
• Implement new processes
• Lead a team that can effectively and efficiently grow
• Work effectively cross functionally
• Be able to conduct capacity planning.
