Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Lead to manage hub leads and regional fleet leads, ensuring hubs meet standards and regulations. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Operations and Quality teams to optimize performance and capacity planning.

The role emphasizes data-driven performance management, strong communication, and the ability to manage remote teams while consistently hitting targets and improving organizational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields.
• 5+ years experience in logistics, FMCG or 3PL is a plus.
• Has held a leadership role in a division or team.
• Experience in data analysis and performance management.
• Six Sigma/Kaizen knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and escalation skills.
• Able to manage teams remotely.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and improving organizations.
• Owns a vehicle for hub mobility.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of hub leads and area fleet leads across the region.
• Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced in all hubs.
• Dispute resolution within and outside the team and regular performance reviews.
• Improve KPIs for productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Improve internal processes between hubs and Operations to enhance SLA.
• Lead in implementing new processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Conduct capacity planning and guide team growth.
