Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse or Distribution.
• Leadership experience in warehouse/hub environment preferred.
• Experience with payments processing or similar function.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbound, sorting, dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, inventory).
• Monitor hub performance to achieve KPIs and productivity.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Support Customer Support with escalations calls.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
