Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a results-oriented Operations/Logistics leader in Manila to oversee hub and fleet performance, enforce procedures, and drive continuous improvements. You will lead weekly meetings, develop KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across the network.

The role requires a proven track record in logistics, strong data analysis skills, and an ability to manage remote teams while delivering target outcomes with integrity and energy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields.
• 5+ years experience in logistics.
• Has held a leadership role in a division or team.
• Process driven person.
• Experience in data analysis, particularly in performance management.
• Engineering background (Industrial/Process Engineering) is an advantage.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other quality principles is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, including listening and escalation skills.
• Able to manage teams remotely.
• Has multi tasking skills.
• Organized and innovative.
• High level of integrity.
• Track record of meeting targets.
• Track record of improving organizations.
• Change management skills.
• Owns own vehicle for hub mobility.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of hub leads and area fleet leads across the region.
• Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced at hubs.
• Lead team briefing; hold weekly staff meetings and regular performance reviews.
• Improve KPIs for productivity, quality, service level and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Improve internal processes between hubs and Operations to enhance SLA.
• Implement new processes across hubs.
• Lead a team capable of sustainable growth.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams.
• Conduct capacity planning.
