Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hub operations for smooth, efficient functioning
• Ensure adherence to procedures, policies and regulations
• Lead team briefings and weekly staff meetings; assess performance
• Drive KPI improvements for hub performance
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency
• Support Customer Support with escalations and call-outs
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to manage agency teams
• Handle additional hub operations tasks as needed
