Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in logistics, FMCG or 3PL is a plus.
• Leadership experience within a division or team.
• Process-driven mindset with strong data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma/Kaizen and quality principles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage hub leads and area fleet leads to keep hubs on track with standards.
• Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced across hubs.
• Lead team briefings and regular performance reviews; resolve disputes.
• Improve KPIs for productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Streamline internal processes between hubs and the Operations team to improve SLA.
• Implement new processes.
• Lead a growing team and drive scalable performance.
• Work cross-functionally and effectively across teams.
• Conduct capacity planning.
