Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to support day-to-day hub operations in a logistics environment in the Philippines. You will assist in inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory management while helping monitor hub KPIs and ensure productivity.

The role also involves creating reports, aiding customers with escalations, and coordinating with agency teams. A leadership background in warehousing and payments processing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Leadership role experience in a warehouse or hub environment preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster and capable of shift work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (first and last mile) including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance to achieve high productivity and Hub KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations and call-outs.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance hub productivity.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams and assist with payments processing.
