Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role with exposure to multiple HR functions.
• Good understanding of performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruitment, HR policies, and HRIS.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation and HR compliance.
• Experience preparing HR reports, analytics, and maintaining HR data accuracy.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with designated business units as the Regional HR Business Partner, providing end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, HRIS, and offboarding processes.
• Build positive employee relations by handling employee concerns, feedback, and workplace issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate HR data and generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions.
• Support and drive HR initiatives in areas such as Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and HR policy implementation.
• Participate in regional and global HR projects to enhance HR processes and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR governance standards.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to support business and HR objectives.
