PERSOL is seeking a HR professional for a 6-month contract at our Novena, Singapore location. You will lead the full spectrum of HR activities for the assigned department, offering guidance on talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee relations.

This role emphasizes compliance, process improvement, and data integrity across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, and contribute to employer

Qualificações

• Bachelor in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HRBP & Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in healthcare HR operations will be advantageous.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems (Workday etc).
• Good understanding of HR operations and employment practices.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and work pass administration.
• Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide HR advice and support to employees and stakeholders.
• Support performance management, grievance handling and offboarding.
• Partner HRSS to update employee lifecycle services and documentation to ensure data integrity, accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver HR services in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in process improvement, standardisation and automation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve stakeholder experience.
• Review, develop, and implement guidelines and best practices for operational effectiveness.
