Job summary

SGS & Co is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders. You will consult across HR disciplines, support organizational changes, and coach on performance and talent development within a hybrid Manila office.

The role requires 3-5 years in HRBP or generalist roles, strong knowledge of local labor laws, and excellent stakeholder communication. You will help drive HR programs and leverage analytics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years as HR Business Partner or HR generalist.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships.
• Confidentiality and attention to detail in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR advisor to managers and business leaders.
• Provide expert HR consultation across HR disciplines aligned with business objectives.
• Support organizational changes and workforce initiatives in partnership with HR leadership.
• Manage employee relations matters with fair, timely, and documented processes.
• Coach managers on goal setting, performance, and talent development.
• Partner with leaders to identify talent development and succession needs.
• Drive HR programs and adoption of global initiatives at site level.
• Generate HR metrics and use data-driven insights for decisions.
