Job summary

Thomson Medical Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to drive end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. You will partner with leadership to align HR practices with business goals and regulatory expectations.

The role covers annual performance processes, manpower budgeting, and ensuring compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS, and related guidelines. Familiarity with payroll processes and HRIS like Darwinbox is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience with audits, statutory reporting and life-cycle management (Singapore).
• Experience coordinating internal/external audits and MOM surveys.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations; TAEP guidelines.
• Familiarity with payroll processes (in-house or vendor) and IR8A/IR21 reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee relations.
• Assist annual performance management and budgeting in manpower planning.
• Provide policy guidance and ensure statutory compliance.
• Maintain confidential employee data and HRIS records.
• Support monthly corporate orientation and office administration.
• Manage internal/external HR audits and respond to auditor queries.
• Prepare MOM surveys and statutory submissions (OED, LM Survey, Conditions of Employment).
• Coordinate payroll validation with outsourced vendor and assist month-end close.
