Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the assigned sales team to achieve financial, operational, and sales objectives.
• Collaborate with upper management to develop sales plans, timelines, and benchmarks.
• Analyze sales performance, competitor activities, and customer insights to grow sales and market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss product offerings, pricing, delivery schedules, and concerns.
• Coordinate with Regional Branch Manager and Human Capital to recruit and develop a high-performing sales force.
• Monitor inventory to ensure product availability across distribution points.
• Track and evaluate sales team performance for alignment with goals and policies.
• Address client and team concerns promptly and implement corrective actions.
