Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as department/division head of sales and marketing in financial services or retail.
• Excellent negotiation skills and strong work habits.
• Ability to lead sales teams independently or in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees the performance of all sales associates to ensure productivity and effectiveness.
• Develops and executes area sales strategies and action plans to consistently achieve targets.
• Analyzes market conditions, competitors, merchant potential, and customer trends to identify new opportunities.
• Develops and implements performance improvement strategies and coaches sales personnel to strengthen capabilities.
• Provides regular coaching and guidance to sales staff to build a high-performing team.
