Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Distributor Manager to drive sales targets across the Camarines Sur/Norte region by ensuring product availability through partner distributors and by leading a high-performing sales team.

You will analyze market data, collaborate with management on plans, recruit and develop sales staff, monitor inventory, and build strong client relationships to grow market share.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the assigned sales team to achieve financial, operational, and sales objectives.
• Collaborate with upper management to develop sales plans, project timelines, and performance benchmarks.
• Analyze sales performance, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and formulate strategies to grow sales volume and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss product offerings, pricing, delivery schedules, and address business concerns.
• Partner with the Regional Branch Manager and Human Capital team in recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing and motivated sales force.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and meet customer demand across distribution points.
• Track and evaluate sales team performance to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Address client and team-related concerns promptly, and implement corrective actions to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
