Job summary

Organica Nutrition, Inc. is seeking a Distributor Sales professional in the Philippines to manage and grow assigned distributor accounts, drive sales targets, and expand market coverage. You will oversee inventory health, trade programs, and strong distributor relationships to boost performance.

The role requires 2–3 years of distributor sales or related experience, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to travel within the territory. Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in distributor sales, trade marketing, or key account management.
• Experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, food supplement, or consumer health is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of trade terms, pricing, inventory management, and FEFO/FIFO.
• Strong MS Excel and sales reporting/analytics skills.
• Analytical, organized, and results-driven.
• Willing to do frequent fieldwork and travel within the assigned territory.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple distributor accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive distributor sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Develop distributor-specific sales plans, forecasts, and growth strategies.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, and stock rotation.
• Expand distribution through new outlets, sub-dealers, wholesalers, and retail stores.
• Implement trade promotions, pricing, incentives, and product launches.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Events, and Store Visit teams.
• Conduct distributor business reviews and resolve account concerns.
• Monitor credit, collections, pricing, and compliance.
• Prepare sales, inventory, and distributor performance reports.
• Analyze market and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
