Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or consumer goods with a strong sales/marketing record.
• Strong track record delivering volume, market share, and distribution results.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing and operations and travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and direct the sales and marketing plan: distribution, channel development, trade marketing, pricing, and promotions.
• Drive day-to-day commercial performance, managing volume, market share, and sell-out targets across all routes to market.
• Support brand building and consumer marketing, including market insights, trade and retail execution, and new product launches.
• Manage field sales and merchandising teams, monitoring coverage, distribution, and trade spend effectiveness.
• Track commercial KPIs and recommend corrective actions to the General Manager.
• Help lead, motivate, and develop the sales and marketing team, coaching supervisors and field teams for higher performance.
• Support the General Manager in cascading goals and building a culture of accountability and strategic ownership.
• Actively learn core operational fundamentals and coordinate with plant operations to balance supply and demand.
• Participate in plant visits and on-site learning activities as part of ongoing development.
