Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an experienced National Sales Manager to spearhead nationwide sales performance, align operations, and oversee distributor networks for a high-volume, consumer-focused business.

You will drive sales planning, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics, while coaching regional teams and ensuring strong field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 8+ years in sales with at least 2 years in regional or senior leadership.
• Strong experience in general trade, modern trade and distributor-led sales.
• Proven record of achieving targets and driving field execution.
• Solid knowledge of forecasting, inventory coordination and operations.
• Leadership, analytical and decisive thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead nationwide sales activities to hit revenue, volume and distribution targets.
• Develop and implement national sales plans aligned with capacity and supply.
• Coach regional/area teams to ensure consistent execution and performance.
• Oversee distributor performance, market coverage and service standards.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for accurate forecasting and demand planning.
• Drive trade execution, route-to-market efficiency and order fulfillment.
• Monitor performance, efficiency and cost controls.
• Analyze sales data, market trends and gaps to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Logistics on promotions and launches.
• Prepare and present sales/performance reports to senior management.
