Job summary

GoTeam is hiring an Overnight Dispatch & Compliance Coordinator for a US-based security operations account. You will be the overnight link between clients, field officers, and regional teams, ensuring shifts run smoothly and compliance is maintained across the board.

You will monitor real-time activity, handle escalations, and document every action to support audit-ready records. Strong English, dispatch, and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in customer service, dispatch, coordination, or overnight support.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Excellent phone etiquette with customer service orientation.
• Proficiency with email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in fast-paced, escalation-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Own first point of contact with clients overnight; manage 5–10 calls per shift with quality and follow-through.
• Monitor officer activity in real time; escalate if clock-in is missed until compliance is achieved.
• Create clear logs of every call and action; maintain audit-ready records for escalations and compliance issues.
